- Incoming material is matched by lot number to parts produced for maximum traceability.
- First article inspections are performed by Quality Assurance staff prior to a production run.
- In-process inspections are completed by the machine operators utilizing the sampling and dimensional parameters specified by Quality Assurance.
- Final inspections are performed by Quality Assurance personnel prior to shipment.
- Material certificates, process certificates and certificates of conformance are available upon request.
