Metalworking is a comprehensive, umbrella term, which includes all the processes and steps of metal shaping. It includes all sub-processes related to the shaping of metal.
The first step in metalworking, of course, begins with technical consultation. The first step is to know the needs of the customer. There are customers who only need a small series of certain products, but that is no problem for us, just as we are able to meet large series orders as well. In many cases, in the case of a customer who turns to us, the consultation reveals that only the idea was born or that an existing product should be further developed. We do not shy away from these challenges, we are also at the disposal of our customers even in these cases.
Once the needs have been agreed, the second step can come. And this is the calculation of demand, which consists of two elements.
One is material requirements. It is at this point that the material or materials from which the product should be made are determined. Once this is determined, we need to assess whether the available raw material covers the required quantity or we need to order. This only affects the time factor.
The other element is capacity demand. This will determine the manufacturing time; here we can specify the exact deadline. If the customer urgently needs the product, we need to reorganize our own manufacturing processes, but in certain cases this should not be an obstacle either.
The third step follows logically, since all that is left is confirmation, which includes manufacturing and delivery deadlines, and manufacturing itself can begin.
